24 Week Pregnancy Update with Baby #2.

Hello and Welcome!

This Blog is about my 24th Week of being Pregnant Update along with a shared video of my 24th week Update for you at the bottom of this post. In this post I'll be answering 18 questions about my pregnancy at this point and time. These questions are also in the video if you prefer a video.

#Pregnancy Tag 1. How Many Months Pregnant Are you?

I'm 5 Months Pregnant which is 24 weeks and 4 days. Every Thursday I start a new week of Pregnancy. Today is Monday January 14, 2019.

2. How did your Family react to the news?

I told my husband only when I found out. I waited until my first ultrasound at 13 weeks to tell the rest of my family. My husband was excited for another baby and was excited to find out the gender.

3. Do you know the sex of the Baby?

Yes. I found out the sex of the baby at my second ultrasound Dec 17th and I'm happy to announce my second born baby will be a GIRL. This means my First born will be having a baby sister in May 2019

4. Do you want more Children?

Yes, although My husband and I want to be settled with careers and finances but you never know when a baby can unexpectedly arrive.

5. What has been your biggest Craving?

Chocolate and Fruit. :) Healthy Food of course because that is the type of lifestyle of eating I'm used to.

6. What has been the best part of being pregnant?

Definitely not having my period would be the best part.

7. What has been the worse part of being Pregnant?

The Worse part is being exhausted and stressed out with day to day life.

8. Do you have any names picked out?

YES, We decided on our baby girls name. Leona :) <3

9. Who will be with you during labor?

As like last time, my husband and the nurses and doctors if needed.

10. Do you have a birth plan?

Not at the moment. Within the next few weeks My husband and I will discuss this and come to a decision of the birth plan. It will probably end up being the same as last pregnancy.

11. Will you record your labor?

No, But will take pictures afterwards.

12. Natural or medicated birth?

Natural. I had a natural birth with my first pregnancy.

13. Are you scared about labor?

Since I've Been through labor ones already, my nerves are still there but not as much as last time because I know what to expect this time around. Although, at any time I could have problems delivering the baby and have to be sent to the emergency room for a C-Section, That's the only thing that worries me.

14. What do you most look forward to after pregnancy?

Meeting My baby girl and seeing how my toddler reacts to her and watch them grow up together.

15. Will you breastfeed?

Yes, I plan on breastfeeding for 6 months or how ever long I can but less than a year.

16. Do you plan to work or stay at home mom?

I plan to take 2 years or more off from work. One year of Maternity Leave and the other being a stay at home mom. I would go back to work but working and having two kids in day care would not make sense. I will return to work after my toddler is in school and than put my second born in day care if needed.

17. Will you make your own Baby Food?

I'd like to do this when the baby starts to eat solids but we will see when the time comes.

18. Do you have a nursery ideas/themes?

No, we plan on putting the newborn in our room for 6 months or more and than having my toddler transfer to a toddler bed and have the newborn in her crib and have them sleep in the same room.
