You'll notice one thing in common with these 7 foods and that is antioxidants.
#1 Fish:
About 60% of your brain is made of fat and half of that fat is the omega-3 kind. Your Brain uses omega-3s to build brain and nerve cells, and these fats are essential for learning and memory. Eating Fish also can control your decision making, memory and emotion.
#2 Coffee:
Two Main Components in coffee are Caffeine and Antioxidants.
The Benefits of how coffee can increase brain health and memory are
Caffeine -> Increased alertness, improved mood, sharpened concentration.
Coffee can reduce risk of Alzheimer's because of the caffeine and antioxidants in it.

Just like Coffee, Blueberries have antioxidants in it which act against both oxidation stress and inflammation. Blueberries can also delay brain aging and improve your memory.
#4 Turmeric:
You can do a lot with Turmeric, put it in your rice, take a shot of it with lemon, ginger, coconut water or how ever you would like to have it.
Fact: Curcumin, the active ingredient in turmeric has been shown to cross the blood brain barrier, meaning it can directly enter the brain and benefit the cells there. It may benefit memory. It eases depression and helps new brain cells grow.

Higher Vitamin K intake can improve and better your memory.
Broccoli contains anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects which may help protect the brain against damage.

Those who ate chocolate more frequently performed better in a series of mental tasks, including some involving memory, than those who rarely ate it.
