If you know me well enough, you know I love fitness, food and beauty. In this blog post I’m going to be covering products I use regularly which I’m obsessed with and love! I’ll tell you where I got the products, when I got them and tell you about the product and why it’s in my September favorites.

Without further more due, let’s get started!

The first monthly favorite fitness product is Fitbit! I’ve had it for just over a year now.My Fitbit includes tracking activity like steps, distance, and calories. I have the Fitbit Alta Fitness Tracker - Black Small

You can purchase one at either Fitbit website, Amazon, Canadian Tire, Costco, Walmart, Sport Check, Staples, ext. I purchased mine at Staples. Link is below on more detail on the Fitbit and What options you have for purchasing one. I don't have the newest Version. Like I said earlier mine is about an year old.

The second favorite fitness product of this month is my workout light weight new balance shoes. I got them in 2013 from Sport Check. They are still good as new. I use my shoes for Cardio, running and exercise classes mostly. They're bendy, flexible, and lightweight shoe that doesn't have the support you'd need to be doing long distance running or moving left to right a lot like Cross-fit. They are meant for light gym workouts, walking and jogging. Since I got my shoes a while back in 2013 they no longer sell this pair, although they sell similar shoes. The third favorite fitness product of this month is my Fabletics workout gear, Sports bra and leggings to be exact. Fabletics is way affordable, stylish and high quality. The clothing comes in all different sizes between XXS to XL. The sports bra product I got is called AMNA Sports bra. Check out their site if you’re interested in becoming a member, I highly recommend becoming a V.I.P. Although when you are you have to skip the month every time you don’t want to purchase clothing, if not they will take money from your credit card and that will act as a credit to buy something else from their site. They do send reminder e-mails every month towards the end to remind you to skip the month or purchase an article of clothing or outfit.

My first favorite Food product this month is this Fall Starbucks to go coffee mug. I got it in September, I absolutely love waking up to coffee and seeing fall leafs around my cup

Fall:

Pumpkin Spice drinks, colorful leaves, comfy sweaters, hot chocolate and a cozy spot by the fire.

My second favorite food item this month is Kirkland Maple Syrup. Who likes to wake up Saturday or Sunday morning smelling pancakes with syrup! I sure do. Adding fresh fruit and brown sugar is a bonus. I don't know about you but pancakes with syrup is a great start to my weekend. I love to start off the weekend with pancakes and drizzle maple Syrup on top with some fresh berries and brown sugar or honey.

My third favorite food item this month is Booch, also know as Organic Kombucha. When I first tried this drink I was blown away with the taste and the benefits of the drink. Booch has 6 Flavors and is hand crafted in Ontario, Canada. Their slogan is Follow your Gut! My personal favorite flavour is the Raspberry Lemonade.

My Fourth favorite food item this month is Virgin Coconut oil from Bio. I absolutely love this stuff, I use it in DIY face washes, and in my baked goods. Its healthy to eat and put on your skin.

Some health benefits are it's 90% saturated fats, and contains medium chain fatty acids.

Coconut oil is used in natural beauty products, and for good reason: It's naturally antibacterial and antifungal. Coconut oil for skin is an excellent moisturizer, it can penetrate hair better than other oils.

My fifth favorite food item this month is Matcha Green Tea from Steeped Tea Company. I have Matcha with my oatmeal, with just water and smoothies.

The benfites to Matcha are endless, it's good for your heart, skin and body.

Matcha aids in maintaing a healthy heart, protects body against disorders linked with oxidative stress. As well as boosting immune system and prevents cancer. The list goes on. You can purchase Matcha Green Tea powder from Steeped Tea Company. or buy any from the store of different brands.

Next up is my Nutrilite Protein Powder and Shreddies Cereal. I've become a hard core fan of these two, not together of course that would be something wouldn't it.

I've been having Nutrilite protein powder for about a year now! it's great for after workouts so your not sore the next morning.

Shreddies is one of the cheapest healthiest cereals out there. Check out their products at this link.

Next up is Bread, This bread is one the best bread's you can feed your body. It's called sprouted Power bread by Silver Hills bakery. They have a bread for everyone such as Multi-Grain, Soft Wheat, Light Rye and many more. They also have bagels and tortillas.

I personally love and enjoy the Multi-Grain type of bread for breakfast or a snack. I like Blueberry Strawberry Dragon fruit jam to and peanut butter on this bread as a sandwich. I buy this at Costco for 8$

Strawberry Dragon Fruit Jam! The best jam out there, you've got to try it. I buy it from Costco. Like I said in my post above this I have it with Peanut butter on the sprouted power bread which is listed above. They have lots of different flavors of jam! Check out their website for more details and different kinds of jams.

Coconut milk,Yum! I switched over to Silk Unsweetened Coconut Milk this month! I love it in cereal, oatmeal and my coffee. I used to buy and use 3.25% Homogenized Milk because I was trying to gain weight.

Silk Coconut Unsweetened provides low calories for you to enjoy a wonderful drink. You know there is tones of benefits to coconut as it is, put that with milk and you got a healthy drink for you and your family.

The Silk coconut unsweetened I purchased is 50 Calories, you can buy other Silk Coconut milk's that are different in calories. Silk also sells Original and Vanilla Coconut milk. The cost of this milk is $4 at Metro. They sell this at several grocery store.

Time for Beauty Favorites!

My first beauty September favorite is Coconut Milk Anti-breakage serum. I use this for my hair after I get out of the shower about 3 times a week. you can use it more if you'd like.

I Bought it from Walmart. As you can see here I have used most of my bottle! I've been using this product for about 4 months.

My second favorite beauty product this month is Lemon Sage Tickening spray by Tea Tree.

I use this product for my hair after styling, it leaves my hair soft, shinning and smelling good. I would highly recommend this product for you. I won this as a prize actually therefore I am not definitely sure where you can buy this or how much it is.

To use the product you take the lid off and press down and spray on to your hair. I spray my roots first and blend in, then spray the rest of my hair and comb it through.

My third favorite beauty product this month is my Stress Relief collection. They all are purchased from bath and body works. They are from the company Aromatherapy.

To the left is Stress Relif anti-stress, this is used for spraying your pillow case. Relax and think clearly while you sleep.

In the middle is Stress relief anti-stress body wash and foaming bath. Eucalyptus Essential Oil clears the mind while spearmint Oil uplifts. I use this about 4-5 times a week.

To the right is Stress relief Body location. This product also has Eucalyptus Essential Oil as well. I use this every chance I get, usually after I use the body wash.

My fourth beauty favorite is Peter Thomas Roth Clinical skin care. This product is called FIRM Peeling GEL Exfoliant. It Visibly roll, lift and sweep away dead skin cells when massaged onto skin. Multi- Action enzymes and cellulose help uncover a smooth fresh new complexion for all skin types.

I love using this, they recommend using it 1 - 2 times a week. I usually use it ones in the beginning of the week and ones at the end of the week.

The product last a good amount of time because you are only using a tiny little bit each time you use it. A little goes a long way with this product.

Next up is EOS Shaving Cream. I'm sure you've heard of EOS products before. They are know for having healthy ingredients In their products.

EOS shaving cream has different kinds, Pomegranate raspberry, Vanilla, Lavender jasmine and Tropical fruit. As seen in the photo to the right is Pomegranate raspberry kind.

I purchased my product at Shoppers Drug Mart for 7$ for a 7 Fl Oz bottle. I've been using this bottle for about 4 months.

Lastly my favorite beauty products this month are Avon Gel Finish Nail polish.
